According to the applicants, they are the defendants in the main suit Due to ill-health, the husband of the 1st applicant in A.No.6221 of 2025 is unwell, and she was taking care of her husband and was unable to contact their counsel. Therefore, the delay of 478 days occurred in filing the written statement.
