ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time for complying the conditions as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.3805 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025.

2. After hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to extend one week time to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.3805 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of Tamil Nadu District Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
