ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27292 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, passed by this Court report before the Concerned Judicial Magistrate on all working days at 10.30 a.m., and report before the respondent Police on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27292 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as well as in the concerned Judicial Magistrate, as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
