2. Mrs. Ramya V.Rao, learned counsel takes notice for the contesting first respondent and has no objection to condoning the delay.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
