ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2022 for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.

2.The petitioners claims that he is the owner of the subject property, based on a Sale Deed and therefore, he is entitled for patta. However, as seen from the documents filed along with this writ petition, the petitioner has not filed an online application. Therefore, necessarily, the petitioner will have to file an online application for issuance of patta.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh online application seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court and a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the said application, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the documents produced by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.

For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the third respondent seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application, the third respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. No costs.
