At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter has been listed under the caption for being mentioned today before this Court.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 21.11.2025, the proceedings of the 5th respondent was wrongly mentioned as "30.10.2025" instead of "06.10.2006" in Paragraph No.4.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the claim made by the petitioners wherein, the petitioners have sought for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property pursuant to the proceedings of the 5th respondent dated 06.10.2006. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.It is seen that the 5th respondent has already issued proceedings dated 06.10.2006 giving no objection. The grievance of the petitioners is that their representation is pending without any final decision taken by the revenue authorities. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also considering the proceedings of the 5th respondent dated 30.10.2025, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to deal with the representation and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
