Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose the petitioner representation dated 19.09.2025 to take action against

the 4th respondent involved in misappropriation of fund in Kollar village Panchayat, Mailam Panchayat Union, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petition has been filed alleging corruption by fourth respondent and representation in that regard has been addressed to respondents 1 to 3.

2. Allegations have been made in the petition that the funds alleged to be utilised for certain public works have been misappropriated, as, those public works have not been undertaken.

3. Such kind of allegations can only be examined by the

authorities. It is stated that complaint has been made before the Collector. Let the Collector make necessary enquiry on such allegations.
