ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan, J) The detenue is secured and produced before this Court. The detenue informed before the Court that she wants to go with the boy friend. Since she attained the age of 18 years and became major, the Court has to accept the willingness of the detenue. Considering the fact that the detenue had attained 18 years of age, and as she is willing to go with the boy friend, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
