When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that the respondent has closed the First Information Report in Crime No.14 of 2024 as "further action dropped" (FAD) on 17.12.2024 and that the RCS notice has also been served. 3.
