This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.10926 of 2025 on 12.11.2025 in connection with Crime No.273 of 2024.
2. It is submitted that, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai on 13.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.10049 of 2025 granted bail to the petitioner with one of the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00.a.m., until further orders. Thereafter, petitioner filed modification petition in Crl.M.P.No.10049 of 2025, wherein, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai on 17.10.2025 dismissed the petition, against which, present petition is filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the said condition for 26 days.
4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily is relaxed and the other conditions shall remain unaltered.
