ORDER
This petition is filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.7 of the order dated 13.08.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.1135 of 2025 directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- to the second respondent.

2. Since this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, the petitioner has sought indulgence of this Court to grant further time of three weeks to make the payment. Hence, three (3) weeks time is granted to the petitioner to make the deposit of Rs.7,00,000/- in favour of the second respondent as ordered by this Court.
