2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation was completed and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.27374 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
