O R D E R

Vide order dated 12.03.2025, this Court had modified the condition imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai in Crl.MP.No.165 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 and directed the petitioner to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thanjavur once in 15 days. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the said condition.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by 2/6

order dated 12.03.2025 stands modified and the petitioner shall appear st working day of before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thanjavur on the 1 every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
