The present petition has been filed to amend the cause title by substituting the name of the authorized power agent of the appellant, who is presently in office, in place of the earlier authorized signatory, who has since left service.
2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner stated 2/5
that since the previous authorized signatory is no longer available, this application has been necessitated.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection to the petition being allowed.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition stands ordered as prayed for.
5. The Registry is directed to amend the cause title and list the appeal on 18.12.2025.
