O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupattur in Crl.M.P.No.4051 of 2025 in Crime No.211 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, due to illness, he was not able to appear before the respondent police and he was not able to comply with the conditions and hence, his bail was cancelled. Hence, the petitioner may be permitted to file recall of Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner and this Court may direct the learned Magistrate to consider the recall petition on the same day.

3. Considering the above, this Court is of the view that since bail granted to the petitioner has been cancelled, there is no question of recall of non-bailable warrant. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition.
