ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 5070 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025, passed by this Court report before the Trial Court Twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 5070 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court, as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
