ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 123 of BNS and section 24(1) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act 2003 in Crime No.156 of

2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 19.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25792 of 2025 on the following reasons: "6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also taking into fact that the petitioner was found to be in illegal possession of 220 kg of tobacco products, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
