ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2) and 311 of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No.632 of 2025 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, along with other accused, trespassed into the room of the defacto complainant and robbed 9 mobile phones at knife point from the defacto complainant and his friends. Hence, this case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the mobile phones have been recovered. He further submitted that there is no previous cases pending against him, hence the learned counsel prayed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police reported that 9 mobile phones were robbed by the petitioner, out of which 5 mobile phones were recovered. He further submitted that there are nine previous cases pending against the petitioner including several robbery cases. Hence, the learned counsel opposed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the pending recovery of 4 mobile phones and the petitioner's history of 9 previous cases, including robbery, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
