JUDGMENT

(Delivered by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Both Ms.Vaani Srikant Iyer, learned counsel appearing for the assessee and Mr.C.Harsha Raj, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent / Department, would conjointly pray that the writ appeal may be closed recording that the assessee will pay 15% of the disputed tax within two (2) weeks from today, upon payment of which, the appeal filed by the assessee will be received and processed without reference to limitation, and in accordance with law.

2. Recording the aforesaid, this writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
