ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicants to accept the translation of the Will dated 27.05.1992 in Tamil language executed by Mrs.Indiraniammal.

2. According to the applicants, they are the beneficiaries of the Will and they have filed an Original Petition for grant of Letters of Administration and the Will was executed by the Testator in Tamil language. T hey have to produce the English translated copy of the Will. Therefore, they have filed this application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the fact that the Will was executed in Tamil langauge and considering all other factors, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Original Petition, if it is otherwise, in order.
