ORDER
The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order has been complied and a sum of Rs.42,85,869/- has been credited to the account of the petitioner.
2. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has not been given with any break-up details. But the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the details have been sent to the employee directly.
3. Since the order has been complied substantially, I feel the contempt petition can be closed. In case, if there is any difficulty in computing the service benefits as ordered, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application to reopen the contempt petition.
4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 12-02-2026 bkn
