ORDER
This petition has been filed to review the order dated 07.11.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.18918 of 2025, thereby this Court dismissed the writ petition.
2.The petitioner herein filed the above writ petition to quash the order issued by the second respondent therein dated 19.06.2024 and to direct the respondents therein to provide pension to the petitioner as approved by the Board of Directors of the respondent Bank and further approved by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, New Delhi. This Court by an order dated 07.11.2025, dismissed the said writ petition as there is no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the second respondent therein. To review the said order, the present Review Application has been filed by the petitioner. 3.Heard Mr.K.Kasinathan (party-in-person).
4.Though the petitioner (party-in-person) raised so many grounds on merits, all the grounds raised by the him are the grounds to challenge the order passed by this Court. This Court finds no apparent error on the face of records 2 / 4
as such, the petitioner failed to make any grounds to review the order passed by this Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds no merits in this Review Application to review the order dated 07.11.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.18918 of 2025.
