This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to amend his father's name as Manickam instead of Manikandan and Trial Court case number in Spl.S.C.No.13 of 2022 on the file of Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai; instead of Spl.S.C.No.213 of 2022 on the file of Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.21015 of 2025 and Crl.A.No.1455 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf on respondent Police submitted that he has no serious objection to this petition being allowed.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
