ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the trial has commenced and there are in total, 20 witnesses, out of whom, 19 witnesses have been examined and now, the case stands posted for examination of Investigating Officer on 06.02.2026.
2. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal original petition. An endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
