CMP. No.29953 of 2025 in SA No.1294 of 2013 DR.A.D.MARIA CLETE,J The petitioner seeks to bring on record the petitioners 3 and 4 as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant namely Pappathi @ Palaniammal and rank them as proposed appellants in the second appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3.Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
