ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the difference in Provident fund arrears, the difference in leave salary the

difference in Gratuity the difference in Commutation, EL surrender and pension arrears with interest at the rate of 8 percent per annum as per 14th wage settlement dated 24.08.2022 to the petitioner within a specified time.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner joined the service in the first respondent in the year 1995 and retired from service on 31.05.2022. As per 14 wage settlement, the petitioner is eligible to receive the difference in provident fund arrears, the difference in leave salary, the difference in gratuity, the difference in commutation, EL surrender and pension arrears. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents seeking difference as per the 14 wage settlement with 8% interest on 06.10.2025 and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials

available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2025 within a period of sixweeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
