ORDER
A portion of the petitioner's land was acquired for the proposed Bengaluru Chennai Express way. According to the petitioner the acquired land includes about 20 feet wide space which could be used for forming a service road. Without such service road, it is stated that the petitioner does not have access to his plot. After submitting a representation in this regard, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1, 2 and 4 and Ms.S.R.Sumathy, learned standing counsel accepts notice for the third respondent. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the representation would be considered by the third and fourth respondents.

Accordingly, without making observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third and fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2025 and dispose of the same on merits within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
