ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court while suspending the sentence in Crl.M.P.No.4465 of 2024 dated 19.02.2025.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that he has been complying with the order for the past eight months without any default.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that even after suspension of the sentence, the petitioner has involved himself in another case in Crime No.350 of 2025 on the file of respondent police under Section 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 309(4), 125, 351(3) BNS and that he was arrested on 26.08.2025 and later released on bail.

4. Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, we are not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 19.02.2025.
