ORDER
Eventhough the impugned proceedings dated 30.05.2025 passed by the first respondent has been challenged in this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would now submit that the petitioner is satisfied if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2025 which has been reflected in para 7 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents 1 and 2 before this Court on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 and 5, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Today, a counter affidavit has been filed by the fifth respondent, and the same is taken on record by this Court. The respondents 1 and 2 have already filed their counter affidavit before this Court.
3. Though the respective respondents have filed their respective counter affidavits as stated supra, this Court is of the considered view that, without prejudice to the same and to the respective contentions of the respective parties __________Page 2 of 4
in this writ petition, the first respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2025, which has been reflected in paragraph 7 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents 1 and 2, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 and 5, and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation dated 22.09.2025 of the petitioner. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
