ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 6 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 06.08.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No. 4129 of 2025 on the file of the II Addl. Special Judge, EC and NDPS Court, Chennai.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appeared and raised strong objections in allowing this petition.

3. Heard both sides.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of days is condoned on condition that the 2/5

petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.2000/- payable to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai. On such deposit, Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise found to be in order. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
