B.T.Assistant by strictly following the orders of this Court in W.P.No.17895 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022, and the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.No.313 of 2022 dated 02.06.2023, as confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP No.37105 of 2023 dated 01.09.2025 by conducting promotion counselling from one amongst the eligible Secondary Grade Teachers who possess TET Qualification by following an un-amended Rule in G.O.Ms.No.12 School Education Department dated 30.01.2020 as it stood before the Amendment vide 31.12.2023.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents herein to prepare the panel as on 1.1.2022 and as on 1.1.2023 to the post of B.T.Assistant by strictly following the orders of this Court in W.P.No.17895 of 2022 dated 20.11.2022, and the order of the Hon'ble 2/6

Division Bench in W.A.No.313 of 2022 dated 02.06.2023, as confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP No.37105 of 2023 dated 01.09.2025 by conducting promotion counselling from only amongst the eligible Secondary Grade Teacher who possess TET Qualification by following an un-amended Rule in G.O.Ms.No.12 School Education Department dated 30.01.2020 as it stood before the Amendment vide 31.12.2023.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to prepare the panel as on 1.1.2022 and as on 1.1.2023 to the post of B.T.Assistant by following the orders of this Court in W.P.No.17895 of 2022 dated 20.11.2022, and the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.No.313 of 2022 dated 02.06.2023, as confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP No.37105 of 2023 dated 01.09.2025 by conducting promotion counselling from only amongst the eligible Secondary Grade Teacher who possess TET Qualification by following an un-amended Rule in G.O.Ms.No.12 School Education Department dated 30.01.2020 as it stood before the Amendment vide 3/6

31.12.2023 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected WMP No.51481 of 2025 is closed.
