ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2025. __________Page 1 of 4

2.Admittedly, the petitioner has submitted an online application, which is necessary to enable the respondents to process the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of patta. Therefore, the petitioner will have to submit a fresh online application with the fourth respondent for issuance of patta. 3.Mr.C.Jaya Prakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the petitioner to submit a fresh online application seeking for issuance of patta within a time frame to be fixed by this Court and on receipt of the said online application, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to consider the said online application, on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the fourth respondent seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the fourth respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's patta application within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. __________Page 2 of 4
