ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29251 of 2025 dated 31.10.2025, passed by this Court to report before respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 06.30p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has diligently complied with the condition imposed by this Court. However, the petitioner is a permanent resident of Mumbai, where his family and business are located, which has caused immense hardship, resulting in loss of business and serious disruption to the family's livelihood and stability. Hence, the present modification petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that '' the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation''. The other conditions imposed by the Court shall remain intact.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
