The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner, CSR Nos.1260 & 1268 of 2025 were assigned and the same were closed as civil in nature. He further submitted that the petitioner is not required for enquiry.
