ORDER

These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 225 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of the above matter as against the death of the respondent/plaintiff in filing the above appeal; to set aside the order of the abatement passed, who died on 08.11.2024 in filing the above appeal; and to bring on record the respondents 5, 6 and 7 as legal heirs of the respondent plaintiff. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of these applications and being satisfied with the reasons assigned therein. 4.The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for.
