Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records pertaining to the temporary suspension passed by the 1 st respondent proceedings in G.O.(2D) No.17, dated 23.05.2022 and quash the same as illegal improper, incompetent and consequently direct the 2 nd respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner by considering his representation dated 10.11.2025 with all back wages.

3. It is seen that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 10.11.2025 for revocation of order of suspension and it is pending.

In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.11.2025 seeking revocation of order of suspension dated 23.05.2022 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
