ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 132 & 351(2) of BNS Act in connection with the Cr. No.331 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Considering the bad antecedence of the petitioner, this Court had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Criminal Original Petition. No.21451 of 2025 by an order dated 11.09.2025.

3. There is no change in circumstance established before this Court to revisit the earlier order.
