O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Bhavani, Erode District, to dispose of I.P.No.1 of 2016, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The 1st respondent herein filed a petition under Section 9 of Provincial Insolvency Act to adjudicate the 2nd respondent herein as insolvent and to set aside the Sale Deed dated 03.09.2015 executed by him in favour of the petitioner.

3. A perusal of the adjudication status filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate the counter of the petitioner and the other respondents in IP was filed on 01.07.2022 and the matter has been adjourned for cross examination of PW.1 from July-2022 onwards.

4. Since there is no progress in the enquiry for the past three years and the matter is still in the stage of PW.1 cross, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Bhavani, Erode District to dispose of I.P.No.1 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
