ORDER

This miscellaneous petition is filed to recall the order dated 06.11.2025 made in the above writ petition and permit the petitioners/respondents to file their counter affidavit to the Writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners/respondents submits that this Court had granted time to file counter affidavit on 13.10.2025, but he could not file counter affidavit as instructions have been provided by the respondents 1/3

only recently and thus, he filed counter affidavit into the Registry on 18.11.2025.

4.Having regard to the aforesaid submission and taking note of the fact that this Court had directed the petitioners/ respondents to file counter on 13.10.2025, the petitioners/respondents seeking indulgence for accepting the counter affidavit filed by them, the aforesaid request can be acceded to by this Court, only subject to condition that the petitioners/respondents pays sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as costs to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Madras.

5. Registry is directed to take on record the counter affidavit filed by the respondents on 18.11.2025, subject to filing of proof of payment of costs to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Madras and upon compliance, list the matter on 19.12.2025 under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. 12-12-2025 (2/2) msv Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes 2/3
