The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 1/5

04.10.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 132, 296(), 324(3) & 351(3) of BNS Act and under Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevent of Damage & Loss) Act and under Section 4(1)(C) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, in Crime No.421 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The allegation against this petitioner is that, while the Police Officials were in official duty on the Pondicherry, they intercepted the vehicle of this petitioner along with 3 other accused persons, objecting the same they created ruckus and also started quarrel and abuse the officials in filthy language. Further when they were taken for custody, they damaged the CCTV in the area and damages estimated at Rs.10,000/-. Hence this case

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition in Crl.OP.No.30296 of 2025 dated 06.11.2025, on the ground that the petitioner has 15 previous cases and the investigation is not yet completed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the 2/5

investigation is still pending.

5. Since there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
