The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.10.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 126(2), 1/5

311, 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.406 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other accused trespassed into the defacto complainant's shop and abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, attacked him and also robbed a sum of Rs.1000/- at knife point. Hence, the case.

3. There is no representation for the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that, apart from this case, petitioner has 13 previous cases. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 2/5

5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions:
