When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that, though the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking transfer of the investigation in Crime No.237 of 2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to some other investigating agency, however, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkazhi through e-filing bearing No.C202500446 on 06.12.2025.
2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed, since no further adjudication is necessary in this petition filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.237 of 2024. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report and work out her remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised.
