Mr. S.Thiru Saravanan Order Challenging the impugned order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram in Crl.M.P.No. 1685 of 2024 dated 08.07.2025, the petitioner/complainant preferred this Criminal Revision Case.
2. Before the trial court, he filed a private complaint to initiate proceedings against the proposed accused with regard to the properties, which was situated at Tuticorin and the same was dismissed by the trial holding that it is not coming under the jurisdiction of trial court for criminal proceedings. On perusal of the order, properties are pertaining to Tuticorin Dt., thus, the trial court has rightly dismissed the petition, which needs no interference. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed and the findings rendered in Crl.M.P.No.1685 of 2024 is confirmed. 27-11-2025 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order RPP To
