ORDER

This petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from constructing

any building in S.No.18/1 (Classified as Pattai) of Nathahalli Village, Indur Panchayat, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's father purchased an agricultural land comprised in S.No.18/2 over an extent of 3.86 acres as per sale deed dated 10.09.1949. After his demise being only son, the petitioner inherited the said land. The petitioner also obtained a separate patta from the Revenue Department. The southern side of the land, there is a pattai comprised in S.No.18/1 of Nathahalli Village, which used for pathway by the land owners of the Northern side to reach the main road. The official respondents invited tender to construct community centre in the land which is classified as Pattai which is totally prohibited to construct any building in such a land. Though the petitioner has made several representation to the respondents, however, there is no response from the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the 4 th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, the writ petitio n is disposed of.
