O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 31.07.2024 and 22.05.2025 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner is not before this Court for the first time and he has been filing a series of writ petitions before this Court seeking for fixation of seniority and to include his name in the promotion panel. He joined service in the year 1984 and was retired as Tahsildar in the year 2012. His grievance is that his name has not been properly included in the Deputy Tahsildar list and also in the Deputy Collector list. Apart from approaching this Court, the petitioner has also filed several writ petitions and appeals before the respondents for the same cause. Claiming seniority and fixation of pensionary pay and notional annual increments, the petitioner has also sent several representations and has been fighting for the same cause before the

different Forum. Last of such representation is dated 22.05.2025 and thereafter, he has sent several reminders which were not considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's grievance was forwarded to the second respondent on 13.01.2025 and appropriate orders will be passed within a reasonable time.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, there shall be a direction to the second respondent, namely, the Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Chepauk, Chennai, to conclude the proceedings forwarded by the first respondent dated 13.01.2025 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
