The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.09.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.25 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. This Court had dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail on 06.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30284 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: Considering the magnitude of the amount cheated by the accused and the bad antecedents of the petitioner, and so far no amount is recovered and bail is granted, it would hamper the investigation, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. This is the successive bail application and now the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.5 lakhs to the credit of Crime number and thus prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, total amount now escalated to Rs.1.25 crores and now there are more than 27 victims and this petitioner alone has received a sum of Rs. 25 lakhs and further petitioner has 5 previous cases. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the magnitude of the amount involved in this case and the petitioner is having 5 previous cases and considering the nature of the offences, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
