This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants to institute the suit before this Court.

2. According to the applicants, they have filed the suit for recovery of money, as part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. However, the defendants are residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, this
