ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the approval granted by the first respondent vide Na.Ka.No.490/2023/Sema3 dated 10.1.2025 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for a direction permitting the petitioner to approach the competent civil court for reliefs including the damages as against the respondents 5 and 6.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the petitioner to approach competent forum for proper remedy. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
