survey and measure land situated at Kattumallaiyanur village, Kezhpennathur Taluk, Thiruvannamali district comprised in S. no 158/4A for an extent of acre 2.25 cents lies within SRO Kezhpennathur, Thiruvannamalai district Registration with assistance of 5th respondent within a period specified by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. The petitioner had submitted an application on 08.04.2025 seeking for a survey and demarcation of the boundaries. Since there were objections raised by the respondents 6 to 8 for surveying and demarcation of the boundaries, the official respondents are yet to survey and demarcate the boundaries as prayed for in the online application dated 08.04.2025 submitted by the petitioner.
3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents 3 and 4 if they are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries after hearing the objections of the respondents 6 to 8 as well as any other third party as they deem fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the __________Page 2 of 4
respondents 3 and 4 are directed to issue notice to the respondents 6 to 8 and also to any other aggrieved third party. (b) After receiving objections if any from them, if the petitioner is found to be owner of the lands in question, the respondents 3 and 4 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries morefully descried in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
