ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2024 seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner by cancelling the UDR patta given to the fifth respondent. 2.According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. It is the case of the petitioner that erroneously, an UDR patta has been issued to the fifth respondent for the property owned by the petitioner. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue patta in favour of the petitioner by cancelling the UDR patta given to the fifth respondent, which according to the petitioner, was given wrongly. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. 3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the second respondent if the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2024 is considered by the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent and any other third party whom the second respondent
deems fit to enquire.
5.Since no adverse order is passed against the fifth respondent in this writ petition, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2024 by conducting an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent as well as any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire and after hearing their respective objections within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
